Holy crap, Wiglet - how do you run in that. You are made of sterner stuff than me, that's for sure. I run early to avoid the heat. Which was tough for me, cause I am not a morning person!!! Looking forward to cool fall afternoon runs!!0 -

Tues morn I ran at 5:30am. It was the lunch walk that was brutal. This morning I ran at 5:30am (sooo hard for me to get up early for this), but it never cooled off last night and felt 80 already when I ran-it actually felt more humid this morn than last night at 8pm when I ran... I will NOT be doing a lunch walk today as it's supposed to feel like 98 already... ugh.0 -
