Hi Girls!
So glad you started this group! I'm 10 lbs away from my first goal!! I'm nervous about hitting a plateau for some reason. My weight hasn't been lower than it currently is for years! I would like to stay on track and lose it the next month so I can prove to myself that I can do it and push for new goals after that!

This is not an open ended offer. If I get invested in this group a few days and then someone decides they just don't like me or want me around for reasons of personality conflict that is not quite the same thing. This is perfect for me! I will be on holiday in Portugal 5 weeks today and really need to lose 10 pounds by then, so this group will give me the added motivation to do it. I am motivated - but any tips or easy exercise ideas I can do at home would be appreciated - do walking although so fed up of the constant rain haven't done that much this week. Have a stepper and try to get that out when I can in the evenings. Oh yes I weighed in today at 171lbs.0

This is great! I seem to have hit a wall and need to focus a bit harder on dropping more lbs. Put me down for 248.6 as of July 6th. 10 lbs in 30 days is just perfect. :happy:0
