    Just finished day 5 lvl 1. Did the pushups against the wall but kept up with everything else. Yahoo!!
    I'm glad I read this because I couldn't think of a way to make the pushups easier. I took a spill tripping on a curb this afternoon and fell on my right hand. I sprained my right hand middle finger, so I tried one pushup tonight to see if I could manage them still and I had a pain shoot through my wrist. I'm hoping it'll be better with a night's rest. Holding weights might be tricky too, so I might have to go down to my 2 pound weights. I'm so glad I got today's workout in this morning.

    Day 3 level 1 for me :) Hopefully will make it through tomorrow's workout as I always get stuck with getting past day 3.

    We can do it! It isn't an option to stop.

    Just finished Day3 level one and barely made it through the Bicycles at the end cause my abs are sore. Can't wait til tomorrows.
