SUN: Rest Day (worked too)
MON: 2.13 slooow miles~Run (legs tired from Glow Run still - may do P90x later tonight so prolly no more miles)
TUE: 5.60mi cycling (road) - took it easy cuz my BF hasn't ridden a bike in 30+ years... (he's got some catching up to do if he hopes to keep up with me!)

Sunday: 1 mile ... easy day plus we painted the house most of the day

Thursday: 4 miles running (tried to do some speed work - 1/2 mile fast, 1/4 mile slow, etc - but I ended up slower overall - it was already hot and really humid!)
