    SUN: Rest Day (worked too)
    MON: 2.13 slooow miles~Run (legs tired from Glow Run still - may do P90x later tonight so prolly no more miles)
    TUE: 5.60mi cycling (road) - took it easy cuz my BF hasn't ridden a bike in 30+ years... (he's got some catching up to do if he hopes to keep up with me! :wink: )

    5.60mi ~ Cycling

    Doing awesome there lady. Kettlebells, I hear those are a great work out!

    Yep - I love them - I have gotten so strong!! Loving the muscle definition too!

    Sunday: 1 mile ... easy day plus we painted the house most of the day :)
    Monday: 1.5 miles
    Tuesday: 2.5 miles
    Wednesday: 2.5 miles

    Thursday: 4 miles running (tried to do some speed work - 1/2 mile fast, 1/4 mile slow, etc - but I ended up slower overall - it was already hot and really humid!)

    Monday - 2.3 miles walking
    Tuesday - 2.25 miles run/walk intervals

    Total = 4.55 miles

    Goal is to hit 10 miles...:tongue:

    Sunday - 3 miles jogging

    I was planning to just log my runs this week to see how many miles I could manage, but as I haven't had a run since sunday I think I had better record my walking to get my total up

    Sunday - 1.5 miles
    Monday - 3 miles
    Tuesday - 3 miles
    Wednesday - 1.5 miles
    Thursday - 1.5 miles
    Friday - 6 miles

    SAT: 20.80mi cycling (all trail - took full advantage of as much shade as possible as temps on way up to 104F today! Was nearly cool starting at 7:30am - but I miss sleep!)
