I ended week four of my training today...8 miles! That is the furthest I've ever run without stopping! Though I did stop for about 30 seconds about 2 miles in to open the package of clif block shots because I couldn't do it while I was running lol I bet I looked funny to any passerby's haha. Next Saturday is 10 miles0 -
Today the plan was to bike to the health club, swim, bike home and run.
Got to the health club and pool was closed. So, I did rowing machine for 12 mins instead.
Biked home and did about 20 minutes of running.0 -
Week 4 day 2 of 5K210K program. Ran about 4.34 miles in 54 minutes. Longest run yet. But my right hip has been bothering me a bit so I think I need to dial it back a bit. Very minor pain at this point, but I'd like to keep it from getting worse.0

love seeing all the miles that everyone has run! Today was hill training day. Did about 45 min of sprint hill running with recovery runs, and rest periods in between. 45 min I did 4 miles. Love hills, wish we had more in Florida!0

I ran 3 Today on the treadmill since it was nearly 100 F. I challenged myself and set the speed to 6.7mph. It felt amazing and I could have kept going0

Well I did it! I ran the ten miles...on the treadmill. I'm really disappointed because I wanted to do all my long runs outside but it was pouring down rain and lightning and thundering by the time I got out of work at 4pm
Other than that, it was great! I had a Gatorade with me this time instead of just water. I think that really helped.0 -

I took a week off after my hip was bothering. I ran for about 3 miles yesterday. Felt good, but hip is sore again. *sigh* I think a Dr visit is in order :-(0

Back from vacation. I did get in two runs last week, not too great due to unfamiliar trails and hills.
Today I did week2day3 of bridge210k. Ran about 4.6 miles, 12minutes walking, so my average min/miles is pretty terrible at 13:45.
I'm too hard on myself since I just started running in April, I should be proud of my turtle speed.0 -

I did 4 on Monday and 5 today. Then tomorrow is another 4 and I'm supposed to do 11 this Saturday but due to a REALLY busy schedule, I'm going to only do 5 and then my long run Monday. It sucks that I have to do that but I just won't have time for nearly two hours of running.
