I would love to join! I usually run 5 miles, 5days a week! I would love to track and see what I could do monthly! Since its been really hot here in Las Vegas, I've been using my treadmill! :drinker:

7/23 = 1.8 miles --- I just started a little couch-to-5k group and today was the first day we met... Gotta say it was strange to be considered the "real runner" seeing how i am a relative newbie myself. They did well and am looking forward to adding some short, easy runs to my training. Also enjoying that we run right alongside Lake George (NY). A great way to start the day!

I am off on the spreadsheet, help.
Since you have 134 for the month, I am assuming you have 130 miles for the previous week, but
if I put 130 for the previous week I get 67 miles for the week. So something is obviously off, could you pelase let me know how to correct your mileage?
I got :

Week 2: 13 miles
Week 3: 67 miles
Week 4: 5 miles (since it is only fortoday).
