    Good luck for the race Dyngyldai! I did my first 10k race about two weeks ago and it was exhilarating! I have a 14 k race in a week.

    Waiting for my husband to go for his long run, then my sister in law will come over and we will run together. Hoping for 8 miles today, will report back.
