1. What Week/Day are you on? Week 7 day 1
2. How do you feel? My stamina was really good today and after I got my back adjusted last week my knee pain went away. *yea!*
3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? I have repeated every week at least once. I got bronchitis a few weeks ago on week 2 and couldn't run for a week so I just started over. After that I did every week twice. Last week I threw my back out so I repeated week 6 a third time.
4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? No I am doing it by time not by distance.
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? I can actually run! I have noticed my legs look nicer too. I have lost 22 lbs since starting.

3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? Yes, I got sick with bronchitis after finishing Week 2 and starting the first day of Week 3. Have tried twice in the last two weeks to get back to Week 3, but my lungs wouldn't let me. Last night I finally made it through without stopping! Go ME!
I had it at the same week. I did a double take reading this :glasses: Do you have an inhaler? I have one because I have asthma and it helped tremendously in my recovery from bronchitis.0 -

3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? No
4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? No
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? This morning I jogged for 22 minutes straight!!! I had a friend jog with me today and it made it lots easier. Yes, I am so slow and a sweaty mess when I finish but my face isn't so red anymore. I think having a running buddy will keep me motivated. She made sure I stretched out afterwards so that will keep me on the right track. Oh and I started doing yoga classes on Tue/Thu. I was pretty sore after last nights class but there was no way I was going to miss my morning "run" (although it is more of a slow jog). ;-)0 -
1. What Week/Day are you on?
W4 D2 (tonight)
2. How do you feel?
Anxious! But I managed to finish W4D1 so I know I have it in me.
3. Have you had to repeat a week or day?
I had to repeat W1D1... but I haven't missed a single day since then! I can't believe I'm already on Week 4!
4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs?
I have added time to Week 3 because I was listening to such a great song & had to finish running to it, haha.
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet?
Not in my physique, but definitely in my attitude! It's simply not an option to me to miss a day anymore and I look forward to the challenge. I know that it's possible and I surprise myself every time I finish a C25K workout. I never thought I had it in me!0 -

2. How do you feel? Great, because I managed it, but stupidly disappointed that I actually was slower on average per km, than when I was walking 2, jogging 2 last week. Need to stop craving the approval of my Nike + Running app telling me I am breaking my own records...
3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? No
4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? Instead of jogging 5, walking 3 at the end, I kept jogging for 8 mins because I felt quite good and wanted to see if I could.
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? That I can go further if I make a really concerted effort to slow right down whilst jogging, and that I look forward to my runs all week.0 -

3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? Not yet, and I don't intend to.
4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? Yes, I have a 5k coming up quicker than the 8 week program. I've been adding on intervals (whatever running interval I'm at) until I've neared my 5k run. So far I'm at 44:13, can't wait to get stronger and shave time off that number.
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? I am not fearing the increases to the run times. Never thought I'd be that person.0 -

5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? Somehow something in my mind 'clicked' with this run. I wasn't too excited to go out for the run at first, but once I was out there I really enjoyed it! No little voice in my head telling myself I wouldn't make it... for the first time ever with the longer runs! Yay!0 -

5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? I didn't die like I was sure I was going to upon starting week 4 But seriously, I never had confidence issues but it's nice to have the outside look as great as I always thought it did AND it turns out I love the challenge of a new week's training. "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone!"0 -

4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? I don't like a 5 minute cool down. seems too long so I always add an interval
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? not yet...
I never considered just not cooling down and although I always welcomed the five'r I kind of thought it seemed wasteful. I think I might use your idea to stick another interval in there; thanks!0 -

1. What Week/Day are you on? W3D1 (completed this morning!)
2. How do you feel? Generally, amazing! I'm so proud of myself for being able to do this! During the run, Im tired for the first couple run segments, but after that I kind get into a grove. By the end of the cool down, I still have to turn around and walk back to my car (I use some desert trails around here) and during the return walk I feel energized. By the time I get home, get showered, and get the kid off to school I'm ready for a little nap (I wake up at 4:30)!
3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? When I tried this a year ago I repeated W1D1 a half a dozen times before giving up. This time, I have not had any repeats yet! (knocking wood!)
4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? I have not deviated from the program, other than going out more frequently than recommended.
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? I feel amazing! I believe I can do this! I haven't noticed any visible changes yet, but I've also had a lot of changes happening lately, so I will give that some time.0 -

2. How do you feel? Suprised I made it through week 1!

4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? No, I do what the app tells me.
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? I think it's too soon for me to notice any difference, but in comparing to the 1st few times I tried this I am definitely not as winded as I used to be.0 -

4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? Just add on to cool down so that I can walk my dogs.
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? Well, today was much easier than last week. I jogged with my husband at my snail pace and didn't have any problems at all. I think I was more refreshed and relaxed with this run. I only walked this weekend and think that during the week doing other workouts tire me out. I'm so excited to be jogging for 28 straight!!0 -
Hi, male, mid-40s here.
1. Just did W4D2 this morning
2. Feeling great
3. Never had to repeat a day yet, but today was close. That last 5-minuter was not easy, especially since it was all uphill.
4. Never
5. I notice I can run now. Not noticing any body changes yet, but I do feel better than before I started. I sleep better and seem to have more energy.

2. How do you feel? Challenged by another awesome run!!

4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? Yes - added 10 challenging minutes to the run today.
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? Another challenging run in the bag. On the final stretch now.0 -
1. What Week/Day are you on? I did W8D1 yesterday...
2. How do you feel? I felt great during and after the run... It went so well !
3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? No
4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? I added a little bit of running at the end, just to show myself I was able to go longer after the 28 minutes... It wasn't much longer though (probably about a minute)
5. Do you notice something different about yourself yet? Having done a 'free run' (unplanned, unfamiliar surroundings...) on Saturday, I somehow felt much more confident doing the 28 minutes. With the free run, I'm pretty sure I ran for almost 30 minutes straight without timing it. It went great, 'cause I wasn't focused on timing at all and was able to just enjoy the fact that I was running (while talking to a friend).0
