15 miles starting Sunday and ending Saturday... Yep that easy and you know you can do it! Just log your daily miles, the total miles for the week and encourage your fellow challengers to make their goals, yep it's that easy.

For the folks returning you know that the 15 miles is not the main goal. The main goal is just to get up and get moving, if you don't meet it that's fine and you surpass it, well that just freaking rocks.

For new comers the preferred method of posting miles would be:

Sunday-miles-what you did Monday-miles-what you did Tuesday-miles-what you did So on and so forth, posted daily or when the miles occur...

Total- Running total for the week thus far

As always this is not set in stone, if you post every other day or whatever fits into your schedule, but please try to stay close to the above format.

    After 1 and half month of hiatus in running due to open cut injury at my feet....(was doing elliptical shoeless though). Today I had a proper run...:happy: :love:

    Oh my ...I just love that feeling!!!!!!!

    Sun: 3.24mi - Susan G Komen Race for the Cure 5K results - my BEST TIME EVER!!! (and this after running 6.59mi yesterday)... WOOOOHOOOO!!!! Official Chip Time: 32:34.94 :D 10:30min/mi avg pace.

    :noway: :embarassed: Phew!!! I came this close in putting in my PB for 6k split time for my run today which was 4 minutes better than my 12th August run. Then I saw wiglet's time!!! Sheessshh...I was so close in embarrass myself!!

    Way to go Wiglet! Awesome!

    8/14 - 4 miles = 3.5 miles running .5 mile walking 9 miles total for the week

    Tue: 5.28mi run (weather was still fabulous.. TG! :smile: )

    Total Miles: 8.52

    8/13 - 5 miles = 4.5 miles running .5 mile walking

    8/14 - 4 miles = 3.5 miles running .5 mile walking 9 miles total for the week

    8/15 - 2.5 miles 1 mile running 1.5 miles walking 11.5 total
    (today it felt like crawling!)

    Wed: 1.29mi run (ladders... my lackluster 1st attempt at "ladders" did not go well. at. all. seems my legs are NOT made for speed work. they start hurting too bad (from ankle up shin/calves) and I end up limping my way off the track :( managed 100x2, 200x1.5 (plus walk/jog in betweens.. I know my methodology of tracking these things is reeeeally bad too. :grumble: ))

    Total Miles: 9.81
