    12/8 - 6k (jog&run)
    13/8 - 6k (elliptical)
    14/8 - 8k (walk/jog&run)

    Tom - Zumba with my son...if his royal highness is not busy killing the nasty zombies!

    15/8 - instead of Zumba - I played Monopoly with my son...so no calories there
    16/8 - 10.5k (walk/jog&run)

    Sunday - 3.5 miles cycling (leisurely - at my 4 year olds pace)
    Tuesday - 3.25 miles running
    Thursday - 5 miles running - beautiful cool morning.

    Total so far: 8.25 miles running

    Monday ~ 5.6 miles ( walking, bike & arc trainer)
    Tuesday ~ 2.1 miles (walking)
    Wednesday ~ 7.6 miles (walking & bike)

    Total ~ 30.3 miles

    Wow! Everyone is doing so great this week and it's only Tuesday! Great work runners, walkers, and crawlers! :)


    8/13 - 5 miles = 4.5 miles running .5 mile walking

    8/14 - 4 miles = 3.5 miles running .5 mile walking 9 miles total for the week

    8/15 - 2.5 miles 1 mile running 1.5 miles walking 11.5 total
    (today it felt like crawling!)

    8/16 - 2.5 miles walking 14 miles total


    8/17 - 3.5 miles running .5 mile walking 18 miles total for the week! Woohoo!

    Sun: 3.24mi - Susan G Komen Race for the Cure 5K results - my BEST TIME EVER!!! (and this after running 6.59mi yesterday)... WOOOOHOOOO!!!! Official Chip Time: 32:34.94 :D 10:30min/mi avg pace.
    Mon: Rest day (first day of fantastic temps in months.. and I HAD TO REST... AAAAGHHH!!)
    Tue: 5.28mi run (weather was still fabulous.. TG! :smile: )
    Wed: 1.29mi run (ladders... my lackluster 1st attempt at "ladders" did not go well. at. all. seems my legs are NOT made for speed work. they start hurting too bad (from ankle up shin/calves) and I end up limping my way off the track :( managed 100x2, 200x1.5 (plus walk/jog in betweens.. I know my methodology of tracking these things is reeeeally bad too. :grumble: ))
    Thu: Rest Day (worked til 10pm.. no time for anything else)
    Fri: 16.15mi cycling (road/bike path)

    9.81mi ~ Run/Walk/Crawl
    16.15mi ~ Cycling
    Total Miles: 25.96

    Sat: 8.80mi Run - KCTC 1/2 Marathon Training Week 3 - An awesome morning for running. Started out around 58˚F. Perfect. Was shooting for my 1st 8miler since April, managed 8.80mi by looping Loose Park a couple times before heading down Summit to 70th St (or thereabouts). Left big toe (bunion area) and left knee started giving me grief around the last mile or so... hmm..

    18.61mi ~ Run/Walk/Crawl
    16.15mi ~ Cycling
    Total Miles: 34.76
