Good work! If it was not for the fact the my H/C club lets you select over 100 music videos---which I watch and listen to ---it would MUCH harder---listening to the music ---makes the time FLY by---0 -

Thanks heroyalslimne, this challenged completely put me on track in one week. The two weeks before I started I gained weight back, well this has shredded that and now I am really looking forward to my weigh in Sunday night.
We are on a roll too...thank God for the health and time to do this. The kids (4 out of 5) went back to school this week so it has been really nice to use the Elliptical without worrying about what they are up to. Plus I got more time to actually reply to posts

Today was a an itty bitty workout--just to get in the day count---5 minutes 50 cal.. 0.25miles--BUT DAY 21!!!!

This is a good idea. I will have to remember sometimes one can just break it up.
Check-in day 20! 45min, setting 5. This setting makes me cringe lol. The tension works up to 10 (max) and it just feels like you have boots on and trying to run through knee high wet snow for 2 min intervals. I only do this once out of the week. I did it! Would of been so easy not to but I didn't. Feeling good about this week.
