Finally! I can record a loss! I'm down 1.5 lbs! Only 28.5 lbs to go for my Christmas goal! lol!!0

Excited to see pounds down. I revisited how I wanted to eat and lessen carbs. For me they seem to cause me some difficulty. I am doing Atkins, but mostly modified, with more carbohydrates coming from vegetables & fruits rather than the breads and sweets I so often crave. It seems to be working. And I have stepped up my exercise program. I can feel the weight loss with some of my clothes and it does wonders for my self esteem. Continued success to you all. Looks like I may make that Christmas goal!0
