    I've been here for a few days but today was the first day I finally got a daily done!

    100 bicep curls and I did them slooooww. More impact on the muscles.

    Looking forward to doing more!! :happy:

    Did my curls, added some weights to it 3x20 with 6 lbs and 2x20 with 10 lbs. That was hard! Great challenge.

    Didn't have weights handy for bicep curls, so I did 100 jj's and 2 mins of arm curls.
