I am disappointed about this, but I know I was going over on my calories a few days. I am secretly hoping the change is just muscle but I don't think that's true.0 -

I'm really happy that I'm losing again! Especially because there were two of three days when I wasn't counting or doing my challenges cause I was with a friend. *eep* I did take a dance class this week though.0 -

Okay...so i've been w/ the mini challengers from the start, but i've just now explored a little and found this.

Not long after I had started....I was down 7lbs. Unfortunately, we had a hurricane down here in Louisiana, and my fat behind gained it back! So, after some more hard work...I'm back to losing it. I didnt want to log, but actually seeing it like this makes me feel good and bad at the same time!! I'm just gonna keep on working harder and harder!!!0 -

Any thoughts or comments on what you did well or could do better, just general comments, venting, your goals, etc: Glad I'm down a lb. But I know I've been super slacking this week. Haven't been keeping up with the challenges and have been devouring coffee (esp pumpkin)...For some reason I am totally lacking any motivation to work out what-so-ever. On a happy note, I believe I will definitely reach my goal for the month, which was to be 165.something by month's end!0
