I'm new here but here's what I did last night.
Sept 25 - 30DS and 45 mins on the elliptical.0 -
Last night I did JM's Ripped in 30, WEEK 2! Pretty excited to be progressing through the levels. Some of the moves seem laughably easy, and some of them seem literally impossible. Guess everyone has different strengths! Just have to keep trying to improve.0

finished 30 day shred with 27 days yesterday. started kickbox fast fix. did it tuesday and today.0

Been on vacation - did get one official workout in (just weight machines) but between snorkling, swimming, and a 6 mile hike I managed to come back at the same weight I left. Hope to get back on track this week.0

everyone has been quiet on here this week - hope everyone is ok. I haven't gotten in many workouts in the last week. Hoping to get back on track by the weekend.
