Well, I didn't do the final two days of Level 3 because of a cold and will not be doing them at this time. I started Jillian Michaels Body Revolution this morning.
Final results for 30 Day Shred was a loss of 3 lbs. and 9.25 inches.
I'm pretty happy with my results considering I took a week off for a pulled back muscle and skipped the final two days for my cold. This was a great program and I'm so glad I was part of this challenge.

Finished 30dshred Yesterday.. have loved this challenge and am now on my 6th week of p90x as well.. Yes I did them both together for part of 30dshred but I couldn't help myself. I've lost 7lb, 1.5 inches off my waist and haven't smoked in 49 days!! Reallly grateful that I found this website and this challenge as well. Hope everyone else has experienced progress0

I think I would re-start this workout DVD next month. I enjoyed doing it and completed it in a little over a month the first time around. Hopefully my repeat would actually take me 30 days! No excuses! ;-)0
