    Tuesday: Woke with a headache..
    Wednesday: 5.15 miles running (tuesday makeup)
    Thursday: 5 miles running
    Saturday:

    27th August - 5k running (non stop 43 minutes! Yay!!)
    28th August - 1k swimming :smile:
    29th August - 6k running (56 minutes non stop. :bigsmile: sooooo happyiieeee)
    30th August - rest day :ohwell: feeling sleepy. HItting the bed before 9.

    total so far: 10.65

    i think i just had a good speed week last week -- maybe i should look at what i was eating beforehand. based on this weeks times, i'll be lucky to run the 5k in 32', which would still be great for me.

    Thanks guys! I am thinking about adding a half marathon on Sept 8th. Already signed up for one on the 29th. Hmmmmm.
