100 crunches done 75oz down as I fill up another 25oz so a total of 100 oz of water . Rand for 35min, walked for 25min and stretched for 5min. I also did 60 min of Zumba 2 on the Wii

Week one day 1, 2, and 3. So far so good. I am getting around 5- 6 glasses of water daily I am slowly working my way up to 8, possibly more! Haven't done my 100 for the 3rd day, but still feeling the previous round-ouch!0

Saturday 9/15:
Water Intake: YAY!!!! I did it!!! 2 liters (68oz)!!!!! I was able to get it done by using smaller water bottle and refilling throught the day!
Crunches: 100 crunches.....I am feeling the abs!!0 -

It's hard to keep up while traveling, but I'm doing what I can do. We're settled until Tuesday when we'll be on the move again so maybe I can do a little better. Off to do some crunches.0

Does this challenge go from thurs to thrus? Just making sure. I am really trying to walk more because sit ups are really hard for me to do at this point. I have had a bad back for years. So I am trying to at least do more than I have been.0
