100 crunches... 100 floor crunches, 40 ball crunches, 60 decline sit ups , 20 reverse crunches = 220 total

I got to the gym today and did 40 minutes on the Arc and burned 453- a calories and I also have been cleaning and painting all day.0 -

weds........working on the water, 100 crunches , 30 mins stationary bike, 30 day shred too I am on day 150 -
