    week 1 day 5 100 crunches 100oz water

    Water: 8 cups (64 oz)
    Situps: 70
    Crunches: 150

    Whoa! Almost missed today, but I still have 30 minutes haha

    9/17
    125 crunches and 7 glasses of water and only one soda today and it was diet! Slowly working my way off it.
  • Week 1, day 5 - 14 glasses of water

    100 crunches... 100 floor crunches, 40 ball crunches, 60 decline sit ups , 20 reverse crunches = 220 total
    1 minute.5 sec plank

    day 4- in process -- oh wait...is today day 4 or 5..i'm lost!!

    Got my 100 sit ups in this morning so I wouldnt forget...also did 50 arm curls...

    I will have about 70 ounces of water before the day is over.

    Time to get focused.

    9/18 got in 5 glasses and a big thing of lemonade:/ but I did get in my 100 crunches plus a homemade circuit.

    I got to the gym today and did 40 minutes on the Arc and burned 453- a calories and I also have been cleaning and painting all day.

    Not sure what day we are on, it's been a rough week already! LOL :huh:

    9 glasses water but the night is still young and 100 crunches plus whatever was on the exercise video this am.

    When is this week over?

    Sept. 18 100 sit ups and 10 crunches holding 2lbs weights, water intake is great; walked 3.46 miles!!! #goteam4

    sunday.....got my water in, but sorry no crunches
    monday....got water in, 100 crunches and a 45 min walk, 30 day shred
    tuesday....got water in, 100 crunches, 30 day shred
    weds........working on the water, 100 crunches , 30 mins stationary bike, 30 day shred too I am on day 15

    100 crunches- 100 floor crunches
    plank - 1minute 2 seconds
    plus 1 hour walk/ run and 2 hours of weight lifting.


    Week 1, day 7 - 16 glasses of water
    100 crunches... 100 floor crunches, 40 decline situps, 40 ball crunches- 180 crunches
    plank - 1minute 3 seconds
    plus 1 hour walk/ run and 2 hours of weight lifting.


    Are we also suppost to report the rest of our exercise?

    75- crunches
    I mowed lawn, scrubed walls and then did weights at home. Its been a rough week.

    100 crunches... 100 floor crunches, 40 decline crunches, 40 leg up, 40 weighted side bend = 220 total
    Plank 1 minute 22 seconds, 30 minutes walk/run, 120 minutes weight lifting.
