    Honestly though, ANY loss this semester will be a huge victory for me. This is by far the most challenging academic period of my life to date. I'm just thrilled that I've managed to lose about 3 pounds during the first four weeks of school!

    I like the idea of setting rewards for goals that I saw from another poster - so:

    5 pounds - new workout clothes
    10 pounds - facial
    15 pounds - new jeans
    20 pounds - spa day, pedi, mani & facial
    30 pounds - goal weight - do a McDougall weekend or week, or Canyon Ranch if I also win the lottery ;)

    My ultimate goal for the 90 day challenge -- Is to hit my goal weight of 150 lbs! That means I have 23.2 lbs to go!

    Starting Weight as of Sept 15th -- 173.2 lbs

    Goal Weight -- 150 lbs

    As for the "Starting Out" Photo, my profile pic is me at 200 lbs, right before starting with MFP back in June. When I hit my goal in December, I will post my before & after pic.

    Hello everyone.

    My goal for the first 30 days is to find out my actual weight as I am currently too heavy for my scale which has a max weight of 450. So until then, my goal is to lose an inch a month from my waist line. Honestly, I don't know if that is unreasonable or to easy a goal. But, I will modify this as I come to the 30 day weigh in; or, can measure my weight on a scale.

    -Your ultimate goal for the 90 day challenge: Any NSV involving improvements in my health. I have some health concerns which are sort of personal in nature. I also want to fit into more of my old clothing. You said 'ultimate' though... so I'm going to also write down six pack.
