    Ultimate goal is to find my passion for working out again! Was doing so good and loving it, then I hurt both of my knees and have not found that passsion again. My knees are better now.

    Starting weight: 190.8 pounds ( Biggest I have ever been in my life!):noway: :noway: :embarassed:

    my ultimate goal for the 90 day challenge is to be at 150 but i'll be happy with 160.

    My goals for this challenge are:
    To eat well and prepare my own food eliminating the premise frozen foods I still eat.
    To exercise more. I currently try to get in five hours per week at the pool. I want to maintain or improve on that number as well as add in three sessions of lifting weights per week.

    my starting weight is 182.8 lbs
    My goal weight is 169.8 lbs (for a 13 lb weight loss)
    I'm 5'6

    & I'll get the job done by:
    - cutting back on my mindless office snacking....
    - drinking more water
    - running 3 x per week
    - swimming 2 x per week
    & cycling once.

    My goal for Christmas is to finish C25K.

    My weight is 125 and that's my goal weight.

    I am bummed because I have to delay starting my C25K program until Oct. 1 because I have to work extra hours at work, but I should still be able to finish by the end of this challenge.

    For me this is a challenge. I'ev got an exam in a months time and I work full time but I prefer to aim high and come in short :-)

    Checking in a little late here for the challenge - but wanted to make sure I'm on board!

    I not only hope to lose weight but want to be comfortable jogging 5k before Christmas and work out at least three times a week every week until December 15th. We can do it! I will be checking in regularly.
