I'm 5'6" currently hovering in the low 170's.
Goal - anywhere in in the mid 160's and stabilized.
I want to tone/muscle up more than anything right now
I'd like to use this challenge more for incentive to keep active instead of hibernating. I have difficulties with the loss of sunlight (energy), but I really enjoy the cooler temperatures. My goal (for now) it's not huge, but a do-able one. I just want to stay fit and active until winter, which (for me) is a great time to really buckle down0 -

My goal for this challenge is to increase my motivation. I have been doing ok but I think I could do so much better. I feel like I am not really giving it my all. So this challenge (along with two others) is gonna kick my butt into dedication land.

My tools for getting there are Mon-Fri before work Wii Fit Plus (aerobics, boxing, strength training) and 4 nights a week cardio at the Y. Startign strength training there too 2 of the 4 nights a week .
I have a 10 day trip planned for early Nov so that should be interesting. If I go at it big for the first 6 wks then maybe the change of pace the trip will bring will be beneficial.

I'd love to really get serious about working out and have more of a routine. Gotta stop letting myself have excuses! I also have a trip to Europe planned for thanksgiving time so I am hoping to lose weight by then and not be completely thrown from a healthy routine.

My goal for this challenge is to get rid of my wobbly bits and tone up. To do this I think I need to lose another 5kg. I am doing a strength training program 4 days per week, stretching/flexibility & cardio 1 day per week and then kayaking on weekends.
