The last several weeks have been crazy--my oldest dd got pneumonia and I basically stopped exercising and only ate half way well. I have been tracking again though and got some exercise in this morning.
Goal 164.8 or 8.6 lbs which would put me in my healthy weight range.
10/1 SW 173.4
10/8 168.4
10/15
10/22 171.8
10/290 -
Monthly Goal: 5 pounds
10/1- 161.2 lbs.
10/8- 158.8
10/15- 161.6 (Oops!)
10/22- 162.2

So, I wasn't the only one...drat that fun weekend in St. Louis!! Oh well, totally worth it!!
Are we going to do this in November? I'm starting an exercise boot camp next week and think my numbers would be much better0 -
I will definitely set one up for November as I need to have a better showing than this. :laugh:0
