    I hope to get some miles in this week. My motto is anything is better than nothing.

    10.15: 4M Did 3 miles (Will make up 1 before week's out)
    10.16: 3M Did 4 miles ( made up 1 mile from yesterday)
    10.17: 4M Rested ( Gotta make up these 4 miles)
    10.18: 3M Did Turbo Fire instead
    10.19: 4M Did Turbo Fire instead
    10.20: 5M Had Tons of running around to do
    10.21: 2M Rested

    This week I didn't make my weekly mile goal!! Next week I'm going to do better!! I still got in my exercise so I'm pleased with that!!

    Good Evening Pals!!! I want to say what an inspiration you all have been to me. Luv & respect each & every one!!!!!
    October has not been what I would call a good month for me. I wanted so badly to beat this challenge & set myself up for a November to remember. I am under close doctor watch for my blood pressure & was placed on 2 additional meds (totaling 4). I gotta get this under control & get my health to where I am down to 1 or completely off all meds (I am praying to be off of everything).

    I refuse to EVER call myself a quitter but I do realize that my body is currently under stress & I have to be cautious. I am starting Slim in 6 (doctor approved) tomorrow and will still be incorporating Leslie in my week because I luv her so. Here's to hoping everyone a wonderful & productive week.

    For the final 3 days of the month - push as hard as you can with whatever miles you chose!!!!

    That is awesome you are doing both! I don't know that I could! I have Turbo Jam but seems like it aggravates my sciatica in my hip! I love that Chalene though!
