    Sorry hun I posted on above thread as it was the only one I saw just now when I logged in. You must have been starting this thread at the same time. Tomorrow I will look for yours first but if you havent logged in yet I'll piggie back on whoever was in here first. Looks like it will be tough to get on before the gal from Germany lol Loving this challenge you started!!! ;)

    oops I just posted on the challenge thread. I just found this one.
    I joined this challenge today so I did 10 for Day one, and 15 for Day 2.
    Edit to say hope this helps my knees.

    Squats were part of the workout I did today, so I ended up doing about 45-60 squats into a press up with 7lb weights. I can't remember now if I did 3 or 4 circuits.

    Went to bootcamp tonight where squats were part of what we did. Lost count, but I think it was somewhere in the 30s
