Day 2 - 15 done.. honestly today was a lot easier than yesterday's .. I had a hard time on the elliptical though LOL.. I'm not looking forward to these higher numbered sets though..0

Squats were part of the workout I did today, so I ended up doing about 45-60 squats into a press up with 7lb weights. I can't remember now if I did 3 or 4 circuits.0
