Snack and breakfast ideas for work?

To be honest, I dont snack in the morning anymore.
I have found that if I have at least 50g of protein, 30g of healthy carbohydrates, and about 35-45g of fat in the morning, I am satisfied for a good 4-5 hours.
Yesterday I made myself a homemade four-egg omelet with butter, mozzarella cheese and filled it with my homemade old-school chili (beef, tomato, onion, pepper, seasonings)... that kept me from 7am to almost 2:30pm.... To get me to last until I got home, I had a small slightly green banana with 1TB of peanut butter and it held me over from 2:30pm to 5:45pm
Try to balance your breakfast more... experiment with different foods... but really consider amping the protein in the morning!
