    Hi all!

    Day 1 - 6 miles biking

    Day 6 - 7 miles biking

    I'm going to try to get a Walk Away the Pounds DVD workout in later on today.

    So far ---- 13 miles done and 37 miles to go! :happy:

    Today I did 1.75 miles on the Arc Trainer ... Not a far distance, but quite a work out!

    10/3 - 12 miles
    10/4 - 10.25 miles
    10/9 - 1.75 miles

    Total 24 miles

    Being away for the weekend put me behind, I need to kick it up a bit this week :)

    Hi everyone!

    I've been stress eating lately, and I'm not a happy camper about that. I did step up my exercise a little bit more today to burn a few more calories. Tomorrow....no more stress eating for me!!!!

    Day 1 - 6 miles biking

    Day 6 - 7 miles biking

    Day 7 - 6 miles biking and 1 mile WATP

    Day 8 - 5 miles biking

    Day 9 - 9 miles biking

    So, I have done 34 miles so far and I have 16 more miles to go. If I exceed the 50 miles, I'm just going to keep on going as far as I can go this month. I love being a part of this group! :flowerforyou:

    Today I did 5.5 Miles on the Elliptical and 1.25 Miles on the Treadmill. Not too bad, and I think I was the sweatiest person in the gym, haha!

    10/3 - 12 miles
    10/4 - 10.25 miles
    10/9 - 1.75 miles
    10/11 - 6.75

    Total 30.75 miles

    The gym is still so new to me, I'm having fun. Not sure yet if my 150 mile goal is too much, but I'm going for it! haha :)

    Looks like I will make it for running and barely for biking (if I do all of my cross-training on the bike) but I don't think that I'm going to make the walking or overall goal. Oh well.....66 miles in 12 days is ok with me!

    I think that it's great that you are having fun at the gym! Having fun while exercising is a win/win situation any time that it happens!

    Toady was another Gym Day for me! :)

    I did 2.75 miles on the Elliptical, 5.5 Miles on the Stationary Bike, and 1 mile on the treadmill. Total is 9.25 Miles :)


    10/3 - 12 miles
    10/4 - 10.25 miles
    10/9 - 1.75 miles
    10/11 - 6.75 miles
    10/13 - 9.25 miles

    Total 40 miles
    Left to go: 110 miles

    This morning I did 2.5 Miles on the Elliptical and then walked 2 miles on the treadmill. It was arms and legs day with the trainer at the gym, and I think I am going to be sore in the morning! :)

    My current numbers -

    I love Saturdays at the Gym, hardly anyone else is there!! I did 1.75 Miles on the Arc Trainer, 3.75 Miles on the Treadmill, and 8 Miles on the Bike! :)
