I love Saturdays at the Gym, hardly anyone else is there!! I did 1.75 Miles on the Arc Trainer, 3.75 Miles on the Treadmill, and 8 Miles on the Bike!
10/3 - 12 miles
10/4 - 10.25 miles
10/9 - 1.75 miles
10/11 - 6.75 miles
10/13 - 9.25 miles
10/15 - 12.25 miles
10/16 - 4.5 miles
10/18 - 13 miles
10/20 - 13.50 Miles
Total 83.25 miles

I haven't been going for mileage this month... but this is what I've done for October so far.. got a late start because I did my first half marathon run September 30th and then I hurt my back.

Checking in for the day Today I walked 1 Mile to the Gym, Did 3 Miles on the Elliptical and 2.5 Miles on the Bike. After I lifted some weights I did a cool down on the treadmill for 1 more mile so 7.5 Miles total today.

4.20 miles yesterday so 23.23 miles.... and I'll take a smaller size soon - but I will never wear actual "skinny" jeans. People without ankles should never wear them. lol0 -

Okay, so I haven't posted here since the beginning of the month. I sprained the heck out of my ankle and it took a bit to heal. Life gets in the way. But, I just added all of my miles walked/jogged this month, and my total is 55.66. My goal was 60.

Okay so yesterday I did 7.5 Miles which brings me up to 124.25 miles total, 25.75 miles short of my goal.
The gym was new to me this month so my goal was just a guess, I feel okay about how far I got. Next month I am going to meet the 150 mile goal!0
