            Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend! I am taking vacation days on Monday & Tuesday so had to finish up some work before I got my walk in. Did all 5 miles of Just Walk Ultimate 5 day walk plan - pretty much had to just walk to the beat in the last mile - LOL That strech at the end always feels great.
 GOAL - 50 MILES
 SO FAR - 29.5

 Saturday:
 5 Miles. from the 5 Day Slim Down DVD. I used the wrist weights with mile 1 (classic) and mile 2 (sculpt your arms). By the time I was in the 5th mile (Speed Walk) it felt like it couldn't get finished fast enough :noway: . It has been quite a while since I did all 5 miles of this particular DVD at one time lol.

            Thanks texasgardnr! I agree, this is a very strong, determined group! So glad to be a part of it and the inspiration is great!!
 I missed a few days last week and just got the urge to do the WATP 2M Power walk and tried it with 4 lb weights. I love this one, it a great strength/cardio burn in 30 minutes!

 I forgot to log my miles yesterday - had an equipment malfunction with the cables and today my HRM went crazy! Yesterday I did the 3M Walk, Eat, Lose but didn't use the cables on the second mile. Today did 3M Slim & Sleek w/Pilates.
 We have another super group this month - great job!!

            Another new dvd today - Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles. It was a fun one. The main 25 minute section is broken down in to 5 x 5 minute sections. Each 5 minute section is 3 minutes advanced walking and 2 minutes jogging (boost). No resistance bands or weights 
 total now 49miles
