This afternoon I walked 5km with a twist and jogged the boost sections.
Its just over 3 miles so i'll call it 3.miles with leslie.

I finally tried the Walk & Jog routine! I enjoyed it, Leslie stated in the video that it is comparable to walking 2.5 miles. There were a few movements I couldn't do (jog and kick and jog and leg swing) but I opened my feet up during those jogging sections so I would burn more calories and use different muscle.0 -

So I'd like to start for today and say I have no way to tell you how many miles I walk if I go on my outdoors walks
so I'll have to tell you by minutes... I asked if this is ok and I was given the thumbs up :0)
Now is there goals set for the group or do we make our own goals?

Today I did Walk Away the Pounds 3 Mile Abs without the belt. I'd really like to try the walk & jog but really struggling to find it here in the UK.
I'm watching a bundle of dvd's on ebay that are compatable for the UK players, a couple of day left to run on them.0 -
Can anyone explain how to calculate a calorie burn?
I know that I walked 3.5 miles in 52 minutes today, but I have always used the exercises
listed here like walking dog, moderate pace, 3.0 miles. I pretty much struck out on my own
today and realized I didn't know how. Thank you for any help.
