Good afternoon everyone, Not doing to well on my walk. My WATP cd is badly scratched :sad: , so i've only done 2 miles...gonna get a new one soon so I can pick up where I left0

Another new dvd today - Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles. It was a fun one. The main 25 minute section is broken down in to 5 x 5 minute sections. Each 5 minute section is 3 minutes advanced walking and 2 minutes jogging (boost). No resistance bands or weights

Today I went back to the 5 mile fat burning walk. Is great to do 5 miles in 60 minutes.
Total now 54 leslie miles this month.
Goal 60 miles, might just have to make this an open ended challenge for me to see how many miles I can log by October 310 -
