    Another new dvd today - Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles. It was a fun one. The main 25 minute section is broken down in to 5 x 5 minute sections. Each 5 minute section is 3 minutes advanced walking and 2 minutes jogging (boost). No resistance bands or weights :)

    Today I went back to the 5 mile fat burning walk. Is great to do 5 miles in 60 minutes.

    Total now 54 leslie miles this month.
    Goal 60 miles, might just have to make this an open ended challenge for me to see how many miles I can log by October 31
