    The good thing about being a day ahead is...I get the change to log in first. :wink:

    Wednesday - Zumba, circuit, zumba, circuit
    Thursday - 1k

    Was outstation sand forgot to bring my running shoes so workouts were limited to hotel room :wink:

    Hi, new to the group:smile: I usually do a run/walk. I run the straight aways and walk the curves.

    Sun
    Mon 2.25 & 1 hr of TRX
    Tue
    Wed 2 & 1 hr of weight trainig
    Thur 2 & 1 hr of pilates

    I am aiming to get at least another 2 miles in tomorrow, plus some weight training
    Edited since Guess I should also add the classes I did
