Currently following a diet of 1350cals a day in accordance to Myfitnesspal calculations. I exercise 5-6 days a week including running, weights and other cardio activites.
My downfall is my sweet tooth CHOCOLATE being the main culprit. I am currently chocolate free since January 1st and have dropped approx 2.5lbs.
Would love to hear from other ladies in the same boat and learn what they are doing to get back on the lean side of life.0 -

Hooray! I do a lot of cardio, and I've just started trying to focus more on building muscle and strength. I have cerebral palsy, so I'm kind of making up for lost time because I wasn't too active up until about 3 years ago (as you can see from my highest weight!!) I'm a pescatarian and I try to eat as many whole foods as I can. My diary is public, if you have any feedback, I welcome it!! I'm going to add you!0 -
