    Heaviest: About 165lbs

    Currently: between 133 and 135lbs (it fluctuates)

    Goal: 120 to 130lbs

    Just trying to get a bit leaner and back in shape.

    Hello Ladies!

    Currently following a diet of 1350cals a day in accordance to Myfitnesspal calculations. I exercise 5-6 days a week including running, weights and other cardio activites.

    My downfall is my sweet tooth CHOCOLATE being the main culprit. I am currently chocolate free since January 1st and have dropped approx 2.5lbs.

    Would love to hear from other ladies in the same boat and learn what they are doing to get back on the lean side of life.

    My current goal weight is around 115-120 and to be lean/toned. My heaviest weight was due to medication and was mostly water weight which was easy to lose, but I'm still determined to lose these last few pounds!

    I don't much care about the number as long as it stays about where it is currently. I'm also okay with my BF%, I think the fat just needs to get redistributed a bit. I am really trying to gain muscle and strength through training! Would love some MFP friends with similar goals :)

    I do really good for a month and then fall of the wagon. It has been like this for 2 years and feel like this is never going to end. I used to be fit and active years ago and then I had my daughter in 2010 and it has been a downward spiral ever since. I would love to have someone to encourage me and someone I can encourage back!

    Hooray! I do a lot of cardio, and I've just started trying to focus more on building muscle and strength. I have cerebral palsy, so I'm kind of making up for lost time because I wasn't too active up until about 3 years ago (as you can see from my highest weight!!) I'm a pescatarian and I try to eat as many whole foods as I can. My diary is public, if you have any feedback, I welcome it!! I'm going to add you! :)

    Beyond weight loss, I'm also trying to become a runner and I found a 6-week routine that is supposed to help me build to being able to run more for longer. Currently in week 4 and its kicking my butt!
