I'm from Australia and I'm only really interested in eating healthy with a few treats here and there. I used to be pretty obsessed with being the skinniest but I'm too old for that *kitten* and can't be bothered making the effort haha. I'm just not a regular-exercise-hit-up-the-gym kind of person, I used to have a personal trainer and that was good but too expensive. I have a treadmill at home which I use about once a week and I like to go for walks. I'm going to start swimming once a week because I think I would like it but for enjoyment, not for weight loss or fitness. Oh and squats & crunches to keep a little toned. Really I just want to get back to 50kg.0 -

Hi! I've used MFP in the past to lose a few pounds here and there.. But I gained weight over the holidays and really want to get in shape! It would be great to have a twin I'm a stay at home mom to 2 kids, ages 6 and 3... And the stretch marks and tummy that came with them! I recently got Zumba 2 for the wii, so I'm doing that at least 3-4 times a week... And I want to start doing weight training at the gym.

I really hurt the fat pad in my heel about a year ago and since then haven't been able to do my normal running, Insanity, ultimate frisbee, climbing type activities - It's been driving me insane! However, I actually lost weight since laying off exercising, and to be honest it just doesn't make sense! Just to rub it in, before my injury I GAINED 5 pounds while training intensely for a maraton. I've recently taken up hot flow yoga and occasionally swimming but haven't done either enough to see results.
Basically, I'd love to get in shape AND lose weight ! Is anyone else in a similar boat?
