Although I am not new to MFP, I have found the motivation to finally use the website. I would love to find friends on here as sort of encouragement to actually follow through with the logging. Hi! I've been using MFP for a little while now but have no friends!

Calories - 1200 a day
Exercise - 5x a week
It's tough to maintain that 1200 a day calorie total - I need to exercise so I can eat more!!! Just trying to get back into the swing of things after the holidays threw me off track!

I'm from Australia and I'm only really interested in eating healthy with a few treats here and there. I used to be pretty obsessed with being the skinniest but I'm too old for that *kitten* and can't be bothered making the effort haha. I'm just not a regular-exercise-hit-up-the-gym kind of person, I used to have a personal trainer and that was good but too expensive. I have a treadmill at home which I use about once a week and I like to go for walks. I'm going to start swimming once a week because I think I would like it but for enjoyment, not for weight loss or fitness. Oh and squats & crunches to keep a little toned. Really I just want to get back to 50kg.0 -
