    lw- 135
    cw- 155
    i'm looking to get around 140 in a healthy way! maybe we should start to inspire each other!

    Hey ladies! I'm brand new and looking for some extra support and help staying accountable!

    I'm 5'9" and 30 years old (though I don't think age is that big of a deal)
    SW: 171 (heaviest I've ever been, though I apparently didn't look fat I think I was definitely chubby!)
    CW: 158
    GW: 145-150
    UGW: 140-145, but I'll be happy with my higher goal range if that doesn't work. 145 is what I weighed my senior year of high school!

    I eat about 1200-1500 calories a day. :) I do aerobics everyday so that I can eat more :D

    I'm happy here. I'm not trying to lose weight. I don't care if my body fat gets lower or not. I am at a realistic place and not sure any lower would be realistic for me or even what I would want. I'm just working on my continued fitness and maintenance. I eat 1900 to 2200 calories. I dance, lift weights, do yoga, walk, hike, play.

    My info is:

    Height: 5ft 3in
    Highest Weight: 160lb
    Current Weight: 140lbs (probably lighter not weighed-in for a month - but have been doing measures every fortnight see below stats)

    Waist: 27.2inches
    Hips: 38.6inches

    I try not to focus on the number on the scale however, I would like to be 126lbs.

    I think measurements of the key areas is better to keep an eye on so my aim there is:

    Waist: 25inches
    Hips: 35inches

    Eating is not my problem, it's drinking at social events and not working out. I eat super healthy but I'm currently very low cal/intermittent fasting to get the weight off quickly, but it's taking forever! I know I need to work out but hate it...

    I just started doing JM's 30 Day Shred in addition to running/biking a few times a week. I'm working on getting my diet under control because I always start to over eat during winter, especially with all the good holiday food.

    I am 5'4...naturally thick Puerto Rican body!! Ugh!

    Heaviest weight was 170 and I am now down to 145. My goal is 130-135!
