    I would like to lose fat and improve my overall fitness. I try to run three times a week and then do pilates and strength training on some of the other days. I'd like to get more into strength training once I lose a bit more fat.

    Height: 5'6" or maybe 5'7" if I stretch my neck really far haha

    I feel like we are almost twins!
    I am 5'7
    Age: 20
    HW: 145
    Current: 145 (I am now at my peak weight T^T)
    GW: 120!!!! (want to get back to the weight i had in high school)

    I love volleyball~ I work out in gym or in my room for abs training.
    I love food so much and get hungry so easily so I really hope to lower my appetite and cut out some carbs. :)

    It doesn't sound much, I know, but I'd like to lose the fat on my hips and tone my body (so lose probably 8-11 pounds). Currently I follow a keto diet.
    I'm not here to make all these other beautiful and brave women feel bad about themselves or anything, I fully support you in your journey. I hope it won't offend anyone here.
    I have big problems with motivation. I try to exercise, but after 2 weeks without seeing any difference (obviously, a month has to pass, but I'm impatient) I give up. I try to give up sweets but it's extremely hard for me....
