    Hi All,

    I'm looking for people to help motivate and support me! I'm a full-time working mom of 2 - boy aged 9, and little girl aged 18 months.

    My current weight is 157. At my heaviest I was 175-180 after having my daughter. My lowest was 110 right after university.

    Add me so we can motivate each other!

    There are places online you can enter your measurements and it will tell you an approximate BF%.

    I used http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html it seems fairly accurate.

    The way to get the most precise results is to have it done by a doctor using calipers, but at least if you have an approximate BF% and you keep using the same one, you'll see the number go down, even if it is a little off!

    oops! i forgot to say im 29 in 2 weeks.

    i was always a skinny kid and a skinny girl (which i hated i always felt like i looked like a boy) untill i got to 23 and started drinking alcohol, i put a little bit of weight on which i like but then i kept putting weight on and never realised that i was a uk size 14 (i always wore stretch clothes) i got down to my goal weight a couple of summers ago but i have put almost all of it back on again due to being busy with uni and working full time. im looking to get it back off again and build up a little msucle before i hit 30 next year

    Highest Weight:155 (freshman 15 days). Though 148 was a more steady high for me.
    Current Weight:141.8
    Goal Weight: 130-135
    My main focus is on building muscle to tone up after losing some fat. I'm not so strict with the number though I do want to be under 135.

    "Normal" weight (where my body goes if I take a laid-back approach to weight): 155-160
    Current weight: 145 pounds or so
    Goal weight: 135 pounds (maybe 140 if I add muscle)
