    So many twins already so I'm just going to post my stats! No kids, unfortunately I work in an office so I'm used to being pretty sedentary during the day, but trying to change that and eat healthier. Also, just rescued a dog so he'll be more motivation to get out and move (if I can get him to cooperate!) Let me know if we're twins!

    I work out every day (hour of cardio + whatever) and obsessively log every thing I put in my mouth lol. My weight seems to vacillate between 115 and 125 since I had my son 2 years ago- I'm going to break that cycle.

    Heya! I joined this group but haven't really participated in it yet :x sorry! I think this is my first post!

    Height: 5'3" (with a small frame)
    Highest Weight: 149
    Current Weight: 114ish
    Goal Weight: 104ish (I was previously this weight and then got kind of lax about things..oopsy!)

    My ultimate goal is to get to my goal weight and then decide if I want to try a recomp or bulk. I don't have a whole lot of muscle mass, that's why my weight is so low when my body fat is still higher than I would like. I have not had it tested but going by pictures I've seen posted I would estimate my body fat to be somewhere around 25-26 % ......ish. :D

    Starting to get into lifting which may stall the weight loss, but we will see! I also work long hours (12-14 hours a day, 5-6 days a week) and have a big weak spot for wine.

    I'm 5'3 and 46 yrs old...My current weight is 131....highest ever was 178lbs....my average weight in my twenties was approx. 100-110 lbs before an injury changed everything.......looking to destroy another 10-15 lbs before I turn 50 :)

    My BMI is 22.1 and I would like to b at 18.

    Goal: 127....but really it might be more or less. I'd like my upper thighs and butt to look better and focus on measurements more. Seriously, it's not pretty. I should do more squats.


    I have no idea what my bodyfat% is. Sorry! But I like running, short hikes, riding the beach cruiser, eating, and the occasional workout dvd.

    I'm new here as well. Struggling to figure out how to post correctly. Lost 20 lbs a year ago with another app. Kept it off for a full year now. Really dedicated to loosing the last 5 I've never been able to get off.... And tone up.

    I was 120 in high school but after I stopped swimming when I started college I gained not only my freshman 15, but a extra 15 lbs to make it the Freshman 30! Now I gotta do the Sophomore lose 30 and get back to my original weight!

    Hello from Melbourne Australia!

    I'm getting back into training & concious eating after a long bout of depression.
    Ex personal trainer, weightlifter, big eater.

    I do yoga as much as possible - for mental health & mobility. Just starting at a crossfit gym (eek).

    Current stats:
    27yrs, married, no kids
    177cm tall
    81.5kg
    34% bodyfat (from Dexa scan)

    Goals:
    1. Mental health
    2. Regain strength
    3. Lose bodyfat - ideally 10kg of fat
    No timeframe or deadline.

    Looking for like minded people to add! :)
