I'm currently training in BJJ (Gi and No Gi) and Muay Thai.
I just started at the beginning of December, so I am a white belt in BJJ and I guess you could say I am the equivalent of a white belt in MT (although my gym doesn't really do ranks in MT)0 -
Brown belt 3rd degree in Tessen Ryu Taojitsu, level 3 at the Muay Thai Academy International0
-
I am a purple belt in BJJ. I took up judo last year and have my yellow belt.
I used to train more MMA, including muay thai training for four years. I also wrestled in school for 6 years.
Happy to meet other people involved in martial arts and looking to improve their fitness. Currently training about 10 hours/week.
I was nearly 300lbs and smoked when I started BJJ. Haven't smoked in 5.5 years. I have gotten as low as 218. Currently 230. Initial goal is 209, possibly with an eye to getting below 200 for competition (one last hurrah at competing as I am turning 38 this year!)0 -
Currently 6th kyu in koryu uchinadi but also have a black belt in TKD, a green sash in Combat Hapkido (6th gup) and Brown belt in shotokan karate0

Received my Purple belt last night in TKD. My Son Got his red.0

Hi, I'm new to the group and thought maybe I'd post here first. I earned my second degree last year from my club which is based on Gojo Ryu but mainly freestyle. This was from United Family Martial Arts in Hamilton under Trevor Nash. I've never been competitive, but many from the club were and still are. Trevor Nash, Casey Marks-Nash, Chelsey Nash, etc.
I moved away from Hamilton a couple years ago and trained at a United Brantford club but it wasn't the same. I changed clubs last year to focus more on muay thai and I'm also now a proud white belt in BJJ as well. I'm happy and learning again.....0 -
I am a second degree black belt in Songahm Taekwondo. I am also a certified ATA instructor.0

Testing for blue belt in a week or two in WTF TKD. Also recently started Aikido, but I haven't done a Kyu test as of yet.
Additionally, I was a brown-black belt in Kuk Sool under the Kuk Sool Won organization, but I stopped that in, I think, 1998 or so, and haven't touched it since.0 -
White belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. So close to getting a blue belt but I haven't been able to train in about 6 months because of work.0

Ikkyu (brown belt) in shotokan karate... although I'm very out of practice! Just found a group to train with though, so it's back to sharpening those skills0
