Still hovering right at 182. :grumble: Very slow progress here. Planning to try even harder next week!! I know it's my food choices for sure.

I thought I would take a shot at joining a group and see how it turned out.
I'm a shorty at 5' 2", initially started at 186lbs. I'm down to 148lb today (sorry - I missed Sat), and my goal is 115lb.
Lol, are their any other vertically challenged people in the group?
146lb!! I dropped 2 lbs this week! Very surprising - especially since I pigged out on that no good, absolutely tasteless, shrimp fried rice that was supposed to be my treat that ended up being anything but... oh well, c'est la vie! But some progress is better than the dang gone plateau that I've been stuck on for the last month! I'll take it!! :bigsmile:
I just gotta say "Awwwwesome job"! You've been so great to post all these great comments for everyone, I just wanted to make sure we celebrate your great success too! Way to go!
I'm at 131.5 lbs today, up 2.5 pounds from last weekend (if my scale is to be trusted - it's very ancient and you can get it to change just by where you stand on it . I know I was off track last week. Definitely the over-calorie food choice and little exercise. Tomorrow marks the start of re-committing to my health, fitness and staying on track! Bring on the 30 Day Shred and great food choices!

I'm weighing in at 137.8, down 2.8 from last week and getting closer to my goal weight of 129! I don't expect all weeks to be as good as this one, but if I'm able to achieve my goal by Christmas I will be tickled pink0

I'm weighing in at 137.8, down 2.8 from last week and getting closer to my goal weight of 129! I don't expect all weeks to be as good as this one, but if I'm able to achieve my goal by Christmas I will be tickled pink

total loss this week of 1.8!!!! I have been on my journey for 4 weeks now with MFP and have lost a total of 8.6 POUNDS.

I am 40 - 5'5' - starting weight 180 ( well around there batteries in the scale died) last posted w 166.6 - cw 166.4 not much down but was up to 169 at the beginning of the week , so happy to be down

Hey! just getting around to posting today but I did weigh myself yesterday 162 on the dot! which is only a .4 loss, but it's still something and I'm not going to let it get me down, going to be tough with halloween this week but I'm hoping to be down to 160 by saturday. Wish me luck!! :drinker:0

Yes! That's it, exactly - slow and steady is the plan! I've lost weight before, fairly rapidly, and every time, I gain it back. This time, I am trying to slowly change things and I think the weight will STAY OFF!!

I'm envisioning an octomom; part octopus, all mum, with small human children hanging from each tentacle... As I write this my toddler is shouting for another story from her bedroom, and her baby sister is attached to me... I wonder where I come up with these ideas...0 -

You are not the only one reporting in late. I went away with Hubby this past weekend and weighed in on Friday AM. Reporting in now...drum roll, please.....DOWN 3.2 LBS!!! Woot woot! Current weight is 180.6. Hope to continue towards my goal of another 10 LBS off by Christmas!0 -
