Goals for this week:
1. Work-out at Curves 5 days this week
2. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
3. Lose 2 pounds (wedding to go to one Saturday.... hope to fit into dress better!)
4. Go on stepper every day (at home)
5. Walk every day (whether outside, or if it is raining, inside at a mall)0 -
My weekly goals are to:
1) drink 8 glasses of water a day (2 before work, 2 before lunch a work, 2 after lunch at work, 2 after work at home)
This is the smartest thing I've seen a plan to drink the water genius !!! I'm totally gloaming onto your idea !!! Thank you for posting that I never never thought of that , now it seems doable!!!0
