    11/5/12 weight was 165.6
    11/11/12 weight was 165.4 -.2 pounds
    11/15/12 weight was 164 -1.4 pounds! Yahoo scale movement again!

    (As of today, Nov 19th, I've lost 11.8lbs out of the 35lb goal I set for myself. 23 more to go!!! Woot!)

    Goal by end of end of year 160.
    be closer to running a 5K (no walking)

    11-1-12 = 169.0
    11-5-12 = 168.4 (-0.6) = running 25 minutes solid.
    11-12-12 = 164.4 (-4.0) = running 26 minutes solid. I have never had a 4 pound week, wow.
    11-19-12 = 164.8 (+0.4) = running 28 minutes solid. gain but still well in advance of projected average.

    Goal - weight 160 and 125 miles

    11/1/12: 178.2
    11/5/12: 175.2 - 10 miles this week and 1 hour of zumba
    11/11/12: 176.4 - 13 miles (23 total miles)
    11/19/12: 173.6 - 26 miles (49 total miles)

    11/5: Weight- 139.5 pounds, which is 6.5 higher than the last time I weighed myself but it's not going to bring me down. Burned 841 calories on my stationary bike this morning, 2659 till I reach my weekly goal.
    11/12: Weight-140 lbs, burned 3550 calories last week.
    11/19: Sick, no weight in and barely worked out. Back on track next week.

    Band fill on 11/19 - so hoping to hit onderland by 11/25 or 12/2 at the latest!!!! Can't wait.
    Strength training will be going on a hiatus soon - having cataract surgery on the 7th and 18th and won't be allowed to do all that bending over and lifting (tho not heavy weights) but will still keep up with the cardio... YAY!:tongue:

    I'd like to join too!

    Had surgery September 11th, down 45lbs since the start of my pre-op diet (2 weeks prior to surgery). Last week I hit one of my first big milestones, I made it under 250lbs. (yay!) My next goal, which I'd like to achieve by New Year's, is to make it to 220lbs (a loss of 27lbs).This is the weight I was when I met my ex-husband 10 years ago.

    Exercise-wise, I'd like to really get into more cardio. I do bootcamp twice a week and volleyball once a week. Would like to fill in at least 2 more days (or more) with some cardio.

    November 20th - 247lbs

    I am 14 pounds down so far. My goal for the month is 15. I still have four days to go to meet my goal. If I can lose a quater of a pound everyday...I should be ok!! I have faith that I can do it!!

    11/26/12 - 200.0 AHHHH Exactly 200 lbs this morning!! Not QUITE in Onederland, but I'll probably be there tomorrow even! And to think that 6.5 months ago I was 290 lbs. What an amazing half a year this has been for me. I've lost 7.4lbs in 3 weeks. i think I can lose the extra 10 I have to hit goal in the next 5 weeks. Fingers crossedxxx!!

    31 lbs gone. My goal was 35, so I think I need to adjust. New goal is 50 total.

    No progress made on strength training routine. So, have 5 weeks in Dec to make some progress there.

    As of today, Dec 3rd, I've lost 17.4lbs which is half of my goal. My original goal was to loose 35 in this challenge but truth is I'd be happy with loosing another 14lbs cause that would bring me to an even 100lbs lost this year!

    Minka! What a great loss this week!! I think I've only gotten up to losing a whole 5 lbs in 1 week once.

    12/3/12 - 196.8 -3.2 FINALLY IN ONEDERLAND and only 6.8 lbs away from my NYE goal! At the rate I'm going, I should be there in no time (fingers crossed!)

    12/4/12 weight was 158.8 -3.80 pounds. Walking 4 miles a day M-F or 20 miles a week still
    I'm 3.8 pounds from my surgeons goal of 155 and my 6 month post op appt is next week on 12/11/12. I hope to be at 155 by then!
