11-12-12 = 164.4 (-4.0) = running 26 minutes solid. I have never had a 4 pound week, wow.

11/5: Weight- 139.5 pounds, which is 6.5 higher than the last time I weighed myself but it's not going to bring me down. Burned 841 calories on my stationary bike this morning, 2659 till I reach my weekly goal.
11/12: Weight-140 lbs, burned 3550 calories last week.
11/19: Sick, no weight in and barely worked out. Back on track next week.0 -

Band fill on 11/19 - so hoping to hit onderland by 11/25 or 12/2 at the latest!!!! Can't wait.
Strength training will be going on a hiatus soon - having cataract surgery on the 7th and 18th and won't be allowed to do all that bending over and lifting (tho not heavy weights) but will still keep up with the cardio... YAY!0 -

Had surgery September 11th, down 45lbs since the start of my pre-op diet (2 weeks prior to surgery). Last week I hit one of my first big milestones, I made it under 250lbs. (yay!) My next goal, which I'd like to achieve by New Year's, is to make it to 220lbs (a loss of 27lbs).This is the weight I was when I met my ex-husband 10 years ago.
Exercise-wise, I'd like to really get into more cardio. I do bootcamp twice a week and volleyball once a week. Would like to fill in at least 2 more days (or more) with some cardio.

I am 14 pounds down so far. My goal for the month is 15. I still have four days to go to meet my goal. If I can lose a quater of a pound everyday...I should be ok!! I have faith that I can do it!!

11/26/12 - 200.0 AHHHH Exactly 200 lbs this morning!! Not QUITE in Onederland, but I'll probably be there tomorrow even! And to think that 6.5 months ago I was 290 lbs. What an amazing half a year this has been for me. I've lost 7.4lbs in 3 weeks. i think I can lose the extra 10 I have to hit goal in the next 5 weeks. Fingers crossedxxx!!0 -

As of today, Dec 3rd, I've lost 17.4lbs which is half of my goal. My original goal was to loose 35 in this challenge but truth is I'd be happy with loosing another 14lbs cause that would bring me to an even 100lbs lost this year!0 -

I'm 3.8 pounds from my surgeons goal of 155 and my 6 month post op appt is next week on 12/11/12. I hope to be at 155 by then!0
