    I am fearful of today though, I just feel like eating and sort of having urges and cravings. I have this thing that I signed up for through work at noon, a webinar titled "Information about How Stress Affects Our Eating Behavior". Should be interesting. Hopefully that will help.

    I ate a whole container of 9% fat greek yogurt. I eat yogurt like I used to eat ice cream. I can't resist dairy products. I think I should only buy single size servings. At least I broke even calorie wise, but that isn't going to help me lose weight.

    Single sizes works for me on most items, but not all :)

    If you have a smart phone or iphone there is a good app out that you all may find help:

    It is called RR Recovery. Check it out and use for a while and let me know how you all like it :) I have been using it off and on for about 6 months now.

    Had a healthy amount of calories today, almost 1,700. But no binge! Though I did eat when I wasn't hungry & I'm full now, I was in control. It feels good to see me 'me' number go up. This is really helping me. I'm so appreciative!

    My calories are a bit low today and I got a lot of exercise. I am doing WW online this month, but also logging on MFP. Out of desperation I joined b/c I lost some weight on it before and I feel I need some guidelines. I am finding it very interesting the point system b/c I don't think I am eating enough==I am 5'10" and today I went over just by 1 point and was at 1300 something calories. I am trying to save my extra points for anniversary dinner this weekend and each day am using a few. Needless to say I don't think I will be renewing my subscription for next month! Don't want this to set me up for a binge, but I have gained 10 pounds in a few weeks and need to get in control. I want to get back to looking like I did in my profile pic, that is my inspiration...one day ;-)!!

    I'm a happy camper, and after cutting back on sugar my binge cravings have been lowered a lot. Which helps!
