When I started myfitness pal I weighed 185.50 which was on 11/24/2012. I weighed myself again today officiall for the week of Nov 26th on Nov 28 weighing in on 181. So you get the idea.

I'm sorry I was not posting weekly. But I was keeping track bi-weekly since that is how often my trainer has me weighing in. I did my final weigh in on Jan 1st. I weighed in at 262.5, total loss of -12lbs.
1/1/13: Lost -4.5, weight 262.5
12/18/12: Lost -3, 267lbs
12/4/12: Lost -4.5, 270lbs
11/20/12: 274.5lbs, starting weight for this challenge. I didn't have a weight between 11/20 and 12/4 since I only weigh bi weekly.0 -
