So I noticed that there was not a conversation for this topic, Would be cool to see measurements as they are taken every 2 weeks:

Nov 20 2012:

Weight- 147.4
BMI- 25.3
Body Fat %- 24
Neck- 13
Chest- 34
Waist- 29
Hips- 36.5
Right Thigh- 21.5
Left Thigh- 21.5
Right Calf- 14.5
Left Calf- 14.5
Right Bicep- 11.5
Left Bicep- 11.5
Right Forearm- 9.75
Left Forearm - 9.75

Nov 30 2012:

Weight- 148.4
BMI- 25.4
Body Fat %- 21
Neck- 13
Chest- 29
Waist- 29
Hips- 34
Right Thigh- 20
Left Thigh- 20
Right Calf- 14.25
Left Calf- 14.25
Right Bicep- 11.25
Left Bicep- 11.25
Right Forearm- 9.5

Not bad for 10 days!

Down 3% BF
Down 5" on chest (I know.....)
Down 2.5 on hips
Down 1.5 on each thigh
Down .25 on each calf
Down .25 on each bicep
Down .25 on each forearm

Not to shabby if you ask me!

    Those are great results. I keep starring at the BF! GREAT!
    How do you measure yours? Do you have a scale?

    I am using an online calculator for my Body Fat but really wondering how accurate it is. ( Probably wouldn't be if it was low, lol )

    StaceyP76 has a body fat caliper. that is how we measure it. I can tell you that not only do I see the results but I feel the results! I am loving this program.

    Weight - 163.4 to 161
    Body Fat - 27% to 25.5%
    Neck - 14 to 14
    Chest - 32.5 to 32
    Waist - 32.5 to 30
    Hips - 40 to 37.5
    Right Thigh - 23 - to 21
    Left Thigh - 23 to 21
    Right Calf - 14.5 to 14.5
    Left Calf - 14.5 to 14.5
    Right Bicep - 12 to 11.5

    Right Forearm - 10 to 9.5

    Over all down 11 inches but only 2.4 pounds. And body fat down 1.5%

    WOW! That's really good. Insanity is hard work but the results are so clear! Keep it up!

    Lost 0.7 % BF so I must be doing something right
    Total weight Loss -2lbs ( ill take it especially how I ate that Thanksgiving week )
    Total inches lost - only 1/2 in in one thigh ugh
    Total inches gained 1 in - NOT HAPPY

    After completing 25 days of Insanity here are my stats:

    Dec 6th
    Weight-143 (Down 4 lbs)
    Measurements:
    Chest-36.5 (Down 0.5 inch)
    Waist (at crease when bending)- 28.5 (Down 1.0 inch)
    Bellybutton- 32.5 (Down 1.5 inch)
    Hips/Butt- 38.5 (Down 0.5 inch)
    Thigh- 21.5 (Down 1.5 inch)

    So happy to see results finally, after 6 months of trying to improve. I've always been active, but this program whooped me and still continues to. Hopefully I see the same improvements next month. If all goes well, I'll be done Jan 12th!

    WOW! Great job. :smile: Definitely motivating for the rest of us! I'll definitely be taking my measurement for my second round to compare. Hopefully the rest of us can get similar results.

    I bought one yesterday. Thanks for reminding me! I used to have one years ago but lost it. I was doing the online bf calculator but I know these are not accurate offcourse.

    I now have to figure out how to take the measurements correctly. A challenge in itself, lol...

    A question to the rest of you, do any of you want to GAIN inches anywhere? Where do you want to lose inches?

    I'm hoping to gain in my arms and to primarily lose in my legs and then my stomach.

    I'm hoping to gain in my arms and to primarily lose in my legs and then my stomach.

    If you want to gain inches on your arms, Insanity probably isn't the right program for you. You're going to want to start doing exercises with heavy weights.
