    Week 1 to 3
    Weight 139.8 -137.8 lb
    Body Fat % 24.2 -23.5 %
    Chest -29.5 to 30 ( grrr why ? )
    Waist -30 to 30
    Hips -39 to 39.5 ( ugh)
    R Thigh - 19.5 to 19
    L Thigh - 20 to 20 ( why is one of my thighs bigger than the other )

    Lost 0.7 % BF so I must be doing something right
    Total weight Loss -2lbs ( ill take it especially how I ate that Thanksgiving week )
    Total inches lost - only 1/2 in in one thigh ugh
    Total inches gained 1 in - NOT HAPPY

    Looks like we have something in common. I have also gained half inch on my hips from week 1 - 3. Also my thighs, forearms, bicep all seem to have one bigger than the other :-(
