Hello everyone, I am back online. :happy:
Unfortunately I ended up coming down with pneumonia on Saturday- went to the doctor on Monday... and finally felt good enough to work out today...
So, I will probably NOT be completing week one by tomorrow... as I have only done 55 minutes of cardio as of today... Next week, I am going to definitely finish!!!!0 -
