Weekly 300 min. exercise challenge!!!! ( On 1 Year From Now Topic)
Mon: 60 min treadmill
Tues: 30 min walking, 30 min Zumba=60 mins.=120 min,
Wed: 30 min walking, 30 min Zumba=60 min.=180 min.
Thur: 30 min. walking, 45 min Zumba=75 min=255 min.
Fri: 45 min treadmill, 45 min Zumba=90 min.=345 min/300
Sat: 30 walking, 30 Zumba=60 min.=405 min/300
Sun: 90 min walking briskly= 495 min/300 done!!0 -
Mon: 85 mins run/walk intervals and 20 mins strength training
Tues: 80 mins run/walk intervals and 10 mins strength training
Wed: 100 mins run/walk intervals and 20 mins strength training
Thur: 20 mins slow jog in the snow and 90 mins shovelling LOTS of heavy snow
Fri: 85 mins run/walk intervals
Sat: 90 mins run/walk intervals and 20 mins strength training
Sun: REST
