Wow.. it feels really good to write that. A month ago I probably would've laughed if you told me I could go three days without binging, let alone a whole month!
I'm so proud of all you guys. Even if you struggled a lot this month, at least you tried and didn't give up! I wish everyone the best of luck next month! I might pop in every once and a while to February's thread but I'm really hoping I beat the binge!0 -

This is my best since starting these challenges!! I've learned so much about myself and my connection with binge eating. Learning how to deal with my feelings and the triggers have helped me to keep the binge a little more at bay. Now I'm ready for the Feb. challenge. Bring it on!!!0 -
